BC/Missed Period HELP!!

So my periods are regular and I get them every month even though it's not always at the same time. I just started the second row of the pack of pills I am on now. During my last pack I ran out of pills and kept forgetting to go to the pharmacy so I didn't take them for two days. I had one day where I had small blood spotting but it was gone after that day. I haven't got my period this month (this is my calendar on the pic) and I was wondering if it could be bc the missed pills threw off my cycle or if there's a chance I could be pregnant..? Thanks ladies
