do I count spotting as my period? taking vitex
Hello all! Do you think taking vitex would change my period to only spotting. There was barely anything when I wipped. Lasted about a week. Not even enough for a tampon during that week. Which is unusual for me. That started 7dpo. Still nothing , no full blown af. I wonder if I should stop taking the vitex?
