When did you start workout after C-Section?!
Hi! I'm a FTM and 4 months postpartum. I had C-section. I was 55Kgs after having my baby. Now I've gained a lot of weight (63kgs) breastfeeding makes me more hungry. I eat all the time. At my 6 weeks checkup Dr said I can start exercising after 6 months in general. But I see people here starting workout way too early. Is it safe to start at 4 months PP? I want to lose my tummy. So is abs workout like plank safe to do now? đŸ¤”
