I need your honest opinion & TYIA❤️
Hi everyone! So I'm a FTM of a 6 month old. I'll start by saying that I'm an extremely private person when it comes to my personal life due to having a big amount of followers on social media. For so many years I've had people stealing my pictures, making fan accounts and all sorts of things. I never cared because I'm a public person and things like this happen BUT when I became pregnant it all completely changed, Ive just never felt comfortable posting my love life or just anything personal because I've always felt like my family or bf's would not like to be all over the place when it came to their pictures so that's the reason I've always kept it personal ok well back to when I became pregnant... I never announced my pregnancy on social media, I only shared it with friends and family in person via msg etc but NEVER posted it anything because I'm that private, my baby is now 6 months and if anything I've shared like parts of his body and his products on snapchat for the most. Sooooo the problem here is that I strictly said I won't put my baby out there without his consent until he is old enough and he feels like he's ok with it. BUT I have family who said I'm wrong and that they will post pictures of my baby because they don't see nothing wrong this has made me upset yet sad that they don't see my point of view or respect my firm decision on no pictures taken without my consent or no pictures on social media. To the point it has lead to not letting certain people even see my child mostly to the point where my child is being kept away from the public. We go out to places like museums the zoo restaurants etc but away from where I don't feel safe for him to be around.
My question is, do you moms think I'm exaggerating or do you feel the same?
Keep in mind I'm a public person and I have a large amount of followers who knows if good or bad people but I know for a fact there's so many perverted people out there that I'm afraid they'll use my baby's pictures for bad.. 😣
