Lost mucous plug at 19 weeks??

Hey just wondering if this looks like a mucous plug? I'm only 19 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I lost this plus another piece that looked just like this 😩 I have an appointment with my dr tomorrow as that was the soonest they could get me in. This is my second pregnancy. My first was born 5 weeks early so I'm taking progesterone suppositories to help prevent premature rupture of memebranes.

Yes it looks like it. If it is the mucus plug it can actually grow back so I wouldn't be too worried my best friend lost hers twice.

Usually (I think) the mucus plug has a tinge of blood in it.

I have no advice but am interested to see if others do as i have this every time i have sex also with pains in my cervix and lower back. Its put me off sex so much as im scared it could be my plug. My midwife doesnt seem to be concerned but i just find it worrying as this is my 4th an iv never experienced this
