39 weeks painful poo

Sorry if this is TMI but I'm 39 weeks today and I had to go poo and I did go but it took forever and was super painful I was cramping so bad the whole time and even a little after. And it was weird bc I pooped so much I didn't even know my body was capable of that much. It wasn't bloody but it was super soft (hence my confusion about it hurting so bad). Should I be worried or is it just bc baby is so big now that I don't have room?
