About a year ago I found out that I was pregnant. 2 weeks later I miscarried my baby. Probably due to my thyroid issue (Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disease which also affects the thyroid) My husband and I were broken. But another 2 weeks later I got pregnant again, we were shocked, we didn't think it would take us only 2 weeks. I was really scared though. Every prenatal appointment was a mix of emotions. I was prepared for the worst. My little peanut however had other plans. She grew bigger and bigger. Every ultrasound made my heart jump. Then we found out that we're having a girl. Our beautiful princess. And even though my husband wanted a boy, he couldn't be any happier now. She is now 5 weeks old and my little miracle, my little munchkin. And her baby brother or sister is watching over her!
