Breastfeeding and liquor.

I decided to have a drink tonight. First one in over a year. It was hard liquor though. It says 25% proof. I had about an ounce. Couple shots. I have 4 bottles pumped previously in the freezer for baby. I'm feeling tipsy but not completely gone. How long should I wait to nurse and should I pump and dump?
