I've had my Mirena IUD for almost seven months now. For the most part, my periods have come regularly. However, this past month, my period came almost two weeks late, and while my period is always really light, this time around it lasted almost two weeks. Now, a few days after it's ended, I'm having some weird cramps. It feels like something sharp is poking me. I did have pretty rough intercourse last night, but this has never happened after sex before.. has this happened to anyone else? :( I'm really worried, and have called my OBGYN but wasn't able to reach her.
