Did anyone get really bad cramps before finding out they are pregnant?

Cramps that make you go to the hospital bad?

I had bad cramps for a few days before af was supposed to show and tested the day after af was supposed to be here and got a positive. The cramps continued for another week or so almost constantly. But they weren't terrible, not enough that I felt like I needed a hospital.

Not cramps, but I had sharp stabbing pains that got me sent to the hospital by urgent care.

I didn't my my friend who got pregnant about a week before me didn't know she was pregnant but went to the ER because she had these AWFUL cramps and then they tested her blood and she was about 3 weeks pregnant but there wasn't any blood so they said it could just be stretching pains and basically her body getting ready for a baby.
