teacher failing me on purpose

Ok so tbh I think my world history teacher is failing me on purpose! I had in incident with a student about a month ago and ever since then my grade has been horrible. My participation points went from 100% to 42% and that really hurt my grade. Right now my grade is 59.2% and to pass you need a 59.5 and he won't even bump it up. So I did extra credit... I did 11 problems worth and even got help from another teacher on it and I handed it in he graded it and I got 0/11. I calmly asked him why I got a 0 on I the assignment that I even got help and he couldn't even tell me why he had no logic reason why he gave me a zero and I got frustrated so I threw out so many valid points at him but he knew I was right so he got angry and lost his temper at me. I was still speaking to him so calm I wasn't raising my voice I spoke softly due to the fact I was about to cry because I was failing his class I had no energy to cry or argue all I wanted to know was why... I was gone a week and had no time to catch up on my homework I had no choice I had to leave to go on "vacation" my sister was graduating and my grandma was dying and I knew that would probably be the last time I saw her so I had to say goodbye but my teachers just don't understand😕. I spoke with the office about him failing me on purpose and they're gonna get the principals involved but I'm just so scared I'm gonna lose my case because usually principals side with teachers and not students. I'm just so angry I'm not even a point away from passing but he still can't round it up.... 😶
