contractions???

Okay so I'm 36w2d and today was the start of our summer program at the daycare I work at. I have a group of pre-k kids mixed with a few kindergarteners .. so let's say I was pretty active today. I feel like I'm having real contractions but I don't know how to tell if it's real or BH.... they are a bit painful.. also I'm having some diarrhea .. this sounds terrible but also when I burp it tastes like eggs😝 and I didn't even have eggs today at all.. am I going into labor ??

The doctor told me that if I start having "real" contractions (I.e if I can't tell anymore) to drink a tall glass of ice water, and go for a walk. If they become less frequent or less painful, they're false labor. If walking and water doesn't help at all (after about an hour or so to kick it) then it could be real and you should see a doctor!

Not likely. Drink a lot of water. Take a warm bath and relax your body. Time any contractions you may get after that. If you have 4 lasting 60 to 90 seconds each within an hour call your ob.

True labor will continue even with rest and hydration. The contractions will get stronger. If you drink some water and rest and get your feet up and the contractions continue you need to go in. Other signs of labor are discharge changes. If you are unsure get checked. Changes in you bm can be a sign too. You can always call in too.
