I was sitting in bed watching tv, it's about 60 degrees outside where I live. And about the same in my house. I was comfortable, not too cold or too hot. All of a sudden I started shivering uncontrollably, freezing cold. Shaking so bad I almost couldn't walk to the bathroom right. I got nauseous, maybe from all the motion in my stomach. I laid back in bed with the garbage next to me and turned on my heater. Kept shaking, hard enough for my friend sitting next to me to notice and ask if I was going to be ok. I am under heavy blankets now and I feel a little better, it's easier to breathe. But I'm still freaked out. Is this a sign of something wrong with my body?
