I had my hsg about 10 hours ago. It was super rough for me and I am not sure why because I understand my experience isn't the norm. From the moment she blew up the balloon and put in the dye I was cramping hard though there were no blockages and lifting my hips off the pillow rotating my hios for the pictures and sliding up the table was really really hard and painful. Now I am still cramping pretty hard. I dont understand why it was so rough for me when the majority sail through it. I would defiantly recommend some sort of pain killer before hand and though it was rough I am super happy I did it because knowing way outweighs the discomfort. <3 *anything for baby*
