babymoon outside of Boston?

My hubby and I will be attending a wedding in Boston in August and since I'll be almost 6 months, we want to make a babymoon out of it. I've looked into Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, but holy hell those places are expensive. I've also looked at Provincetown which is beautiful and more affordable, but I've been there and would like to go somewhere I haven't been yet.  Anyone been to a beach town that's romantic up in the cape cod area for $300 or less per night? And it'll be high-season prices since it's August. Would be great if it's somewhere with a spa nearby so this mama can get a massage. Thanks!!

My BIL got married outside of Boston in August last year and my hubby and I had a babymoon in Marblehead and it was amazing. We got an airbnb close to the beach and there were a lot of amazing restaurants within walking distance. We also visited Rockport and it was a very cute town but would probably be more expensive to stay in.

We just did an air bnb for MDW in Barnstable (Caraigville beach, Cape) for $300. They have a resort, assuming very expensive though. We're also renting in Chatham 2 weeks in July, maybe try a rental sight? You need to book far far far in advance unfortunately because the Cape is such a hot spot. New Hampshire has some very nice resort type places not too expensive, Yorke Maine is close and absolutely gorgeous, RI is still expensive but also has some cute towns on the water!

Go to NH they have some nice resorts not sure about the price though. Assuming everywhere will be expensive due to summer vacation. But love NH.

I know it's expensive but Martha's Vineyard is just the best ❤️🐳🛳 Maybe stay at the Cape and take the ferry over for a day trip!
