What's your best, "what if" question? Some great movies and books have been written based on a simple "what if" question. 
"what if we all had to live in space because Earth was no longer a suitable home?"
"what if we all switched genders at the onset of puberty?"
Funny or serious, what questions have been on your mind lately?

There are people that switch genders when they hit puberty. There's a group of people in the Dominican Republic. By all appearances some males are born looking female then once they hit puberty their testes descend and they develop all the masculine features. Sooo that isn't a what if. It has something to do with a testosterone deficiency caused by a genetic mutation.
