Washcloth or Bare Hands????? ✋💦

Lol Just wondering if what everyone else thinks is normal??? When my husband and I first met, he didn't even own a washcloth to bathe with... He just used soap suds on his hands. I'm all about wash cloths for each specific area, and exfoliating once a week. I get breakouts from oils build up and sweat too. I just feel way more clean when I lather & scrub!! Anybody with me?

Also, do you think its a culture or gender thing? I'm black and he's white...

I use a washcloth sometimes. But my skin dries out easily so using anything abrasive even a cloth can make it worse. But I do try to exfoliate occasionally.

I've heard about the bacteria that collects from dead skin and dirt and stuff in louffas and washcloths that are reused, also they tend to be very rough on sensitive skin like I have, so I only use my bare hands with soap for sensitivity, and the same thing on my face, and only occasionally use a clean soft washcloth if I've gotten especially dirty. I use it on my feet thoe, as well as a pumice stone.

I don't feel like I'm clean if I just use my hands..I have to use a wash cloth or something.

When I'm washing my face though, I use my hands bc my face is sensitive😌

I use a loofah and turned my husband onto them. Not a fan of washcloths.. I can never reach my back and I have a long handled loofah I use.

My bf uses a sponge, gloves for his face and he uses that black soap bc he has oily skin. I only use dove soap and a washcloth

I don't feel like bare hands wash the dirt off ... I use a sponge or towel . My bf uses a towel .. we're Black & Hispanic I doubt its culture or anything tho
