For Higher end I use YSL or Giorgio Armani leaves skin glowing but not heavy. 
A more economical option is Make up Forever HD used with a beauty blender it's fabulous! Can build up the coverage and so many shades and skin tone ranges.

My 2 faves. I am going back to the Kat Von D one though. Tarte is a lighter coverage. I have blemishes that need covered up and I feel Tarte is more medium coverage. Feels lighter than the Kat Von D as well.
