Been spotting light brown since Tuesday morning. No cramps no pain. Maybe a little discomfort here and there but for the most part now pain. The spotting comes and goes and is very small amount. I have my first appointment tomorrow and I'm nervous. Has anyone experienced this 5 to 6 weeks pregnant and should I be worried because I am. I just need some peace of mind.
