31 weeks and I feel like a bus hit me

31 weeks today and the last few days have been horrible.. I can't sleep anymore everything is uncomfortable my legs cramp up and hurt, and I feel so much pressure down there already that it hurts to walk..dr said baby's head is in position already and it's only going to get worse.. I need to work at least another 6 weeks 😥😥 anyone else feeling this way?? Please tell me I'm not alone
