How to get pregnant with pcos?? Or we cant get preg wit pcos

I tried for 3 years and then finally saw an RE, he diagnosed PCOS, did and HSG to clear my tubes (they were both blocked) and put me on femara with ovidrel triggers. 2nd cycle chemical pregnancy, 4th cycle got pregnant with twins (currently 9 weeks). So yes, you definitely can get pregnant, some of just need a lot of help ;)

I'll give you my story. I've had it for years. We have been trying to have a baby for 17 months. In that time I've had multiple miscarriages. I finally gave up & started selling It Works products.
