I wanna bring my daughter to the beach soon ☀🌊 What do you recommend or think about it?

My daughter just made 3 weeks today & I wanna take her to the beach this summer 🌊👶 She'll be 2 months July 11th I know I have to wait till her 1st set of shots which is when she turns a month so she's doesn't get out as much 😕 But I do want her to get out soon 😊 Is the beach a good idea for her ?

My mother in law had cancer & wanted to go to Key West, Florida when her first & only grandbaby (my baby) was 2 months old. We put sunscreen on him & he was perfectly fine. He loves the water to this day (7 months old) & we have slather him in sunscreen because he is so pasty white 😂 As for taking her out, I took him out when he was 2 weeks old. We went out to eat & then that Sunday we went to church. Then it became thanksgiving & Christmas & we went to lots of family gatherings with him before he was two months old. He is a very healthy & happy baby. Take her out if YOU want to, you're the mama you know what's best & it's your decision. Don't worry about people judging you, they didn't push a baby out of their hoo-hah. Enjoy your summer! 💕😎🌊

You can't use sunscreen on her that young. Only thing she can do is lay in the shade. Make sure she wears adequate clothing. Their skin is extra sensitive to the sun.

I think it would be great!!! Talk to her pediatrician about what sunscreens you should use.

She can wear organic sunscreen from a wholefoods store! But I'd definitely make sure she isn't wearing a lot of clothing so she doesn't over heat and make sure she has a hat and has shade to sit under. Plenty of bottles or breastfeeds (whichever one you do) so she doesn't get dehydrated. Just be careful and attentive to her needs, I think you'll be fine.
