Workplace or HELL😭

I've started a new job as a waitress, and I'm very inexperienced. Before the boss hired me he was aware of this. Anyway the workplace is very disorganised as it's opened up new. Everyone there seems to have more experience than me and bear in mind I'm the only waitress there.

When I asked them to show me how to use everything they did do so but whenever I messed up they would give me a hard time about it. Sometimes when I'd ask for help they would just dismiss me and sometimes because of the language Barrier I can't explain to them what I want or how I feel.

I feel like I'm delaying the restaurant. One time I asked one of the guys if he could help me and he said to me " you always come when I have a customer, you don't have any respect". At the end of the working day I just feel confused anxious and stupid coming out from my workplace. Please help me with some tips

(And don't say quit your job there aren't any!!)
