What's going on with me?

Hi, so around a few months ago these red patches were super itchy and now they're red and weird and they only show near my stretch marks, butt, and inner thighs.. i have no idea what they are. please help

Those are stretchmarks. It sucks. I have the exact same ones. If you are losing or gaining weight rapidly or very active physically in terms of training for a sport or something that's what is causing it. Stretchmarks are sometimes even genetic. There's no way to get rid of them besides later therapy but some creams and natural masks do help.
