So we've breastfed for 7 months and are going strong. But over the weekend I got poison ivy. So bad that I had to bed steroid pills and cream. They gave me a low dose because I was breastfeeding but still warned me that my supply might drop. Any tips or advice to try and help keep my supply where it's at?
