i need motivation!

I am going on vacation to Disney World in December (and if you've been there you know there's ALWAYS several pictures they're taken daily). I'm currently 210 at 5'3" (I'll insert a picture). I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, use the elliptical for 2 miles and then weights for the rest of the time. I want to get down to 150-160 by December. My only problem is I cannot stop eating, it's an addiction. I'm broke so I don't have enough to buy healthy foods and I'm the only one going on this weight loss journey. I need some pointers, my first paycheck should be soon!
