Forgot to take pill?

Question

So I've been on birth control pills for about 2 years now i take it every night before bed. and I rarely ever forget it. We had sex earlier today and then I realized I left my pills at my house so I am unable to get them until tomorrow. Should I be worried? Or just take today's and tomorrow's pills tomorrow when I go back home? Any chance of getting pregnant? Or am I fine?

Tomorrow before you go to bed, take your missed pill then your current pill. This will keep you caught up, however there is a slight chance you good get pregnant. If you're not ready for a baby and are worried about getting pregnant you can look into a plan B pill but it's up to you. Take it within 72 hours if you do decide to take one and take it sooner than later. They range from $40-$70 so if you can't afford one and do want one, Planned Parenthood gives them for free. Take your missed pill as soon as you can, then take your scheduled pill. You can take them together at the same time if need be.

One pill will  lessen the effect but not so much you should worry. It is when you you miss two or more in a weeks time frame you should use back up for 7 days

If you miss one of your BCP within the give time frame there is ALWAYS a chance that you could get pregnant.... You are just lucky if you don't get pregnant.
