BFP or not? 23 DPO (41 years old, 1 MC Nov)

I am 41 years old, TTC for 6 months after a MC last November. I am 13 DPO, 3 more days for my period. This month we tried hard, since second day after end of period until day after ovulation test was positive. Hope it is a positive!!!
