My cramps are absolutely terrible on my period! I went to the hospital one time because of the pain and it's sooo hard to be at school on the first 3 days bc of the cramps. Anybody know how to make the cramps go away or even hurt a little less? I know stuff like heating pads and Advil but sometimes I'm in a hurry and forget to bring it to school or I'll start my period at school and then my cramps will intensify and be reallly bad! 🤦🏽‍♀️
