shaving down there?🌳

I'm 14 and "not allowed" to shave down there but it's just sooo uncomfortable! So what should I do? Also it shows through bathing suits soooooo

First of all, it's your body and if it's making you uncomfortable, you should be able to shave it. But if you truly aren't allowed, just trim around the areas where it shows out of your swimsuit.

I agree with the others! Definitely try trimming :) but also, it's a really personal thing that nobody should try to control, and definitely something nobody should be checking. It seems very controlling and it...just doesn't sit right with me. If it's someone you trust (I'm assuming a parent figure), I would talk with them and tell them it's uncomfortable

I'm not sure why your parents would be controlling of your pubic hair.. I understand to an extent. Maybe speak to your mother about shaving the bikini area so you're not picked on by your friends and trim with little scissors

I'd say just trim it a little to whatever confortable length you want and if you don't want people to see your hair around your bikini line, just shave right where your bottoms meet with your skin/hair...idk if that makes much sense

??? Why are you not allowed to shave ? It's your body. That's weird. But anyway. Trim it with scissors really low and you'll be fine.
