I am on pelvic rest but keep having orgasm in my SLEEP!! Woke up twice having one and the 3rd time I woke up and stopped it before it happened. I fight like heck during the day to not have an orgasm only to go to sleep and my body do it without my permission in a sense. So annoying 😑
