Bleeding and scared ?

I'm about 10 1/2 to 11 1/2 weeks pregnant and for the last few nights I would go to use the bathroom and when I went to wipe I would be spotting just a bit. I thought this would be normal, considering most women spot. Well tonight I went to wipe and there was more blood than usual and it was a pink/red color. I'm so confused and scared. Anyone's advice or help is needed and greatly appreciated. I go in Tuesday for my appointment.
