This question is for you girls who are (were) engaged: Do you ever feel (felt) insecure/doubtful about it?

I'm engaged and sometimes I am, I start to see everything bigger and wonder if I'm taking the right choice, I just want to know if this happens to you girls. I feel very loved and sometimes I'm so sure that I want to be with himb forever, but some other times I'm so afraid ... and doubtful, it's not fair

I personally don't think it's normal. I think it's normal to be nervous about change or have a general feeling of nervousness, not knowing what to expect etc.

However, I never for a second doubted that He was the one for me and that it was forever. I don't think I could make such a tremendous commitment without being 100% sure.

Nerves are normal but doubt is not. Doubt is your minds way of telling you something isn't right.

That's totally normal. It's a big step before an even bigger step, a lifelong commitment. You're allowed to feel those feelings & think about the "what if?" That's why people get engaged before they're married, to make sure about the actual marriage itself. Totally normal!😊

I think it's quite normal to fee nervous about marrying someone.  I knew I loved my husband and couldn't imagine my life without him, but I know for him once we got married, that was it.  He doesn't believe in divorce (unless infidelity occurs) so I knew that it was for life.  I have also grown up around aunties and uncles getting divorced and remarrying later, as well as my own mother.  So I've never really been around a successful marriage and I've always worried mine would end the same way.  I pushed past these feelings, I spoke to him about it and didn't try to hide my concerns.  We got married and I can 100% say I'm glad I didn't listen to my fears!

its totally normal and natural to be nervous and have doubts about such a huge commitment. no one evèr knows what the future holds. I've always wondered whst my life would be like with different partners. ultimately, no one else would love, support, and accept me unconditionally like my husband.

Depends on your personality I think. Are you someone that doubts everything? That always worries about what if? 
If so it shouldn't be a surprise that you have doubts or concerns. If not it could be a sign there are issues. 
Really look at the things that worry you. Are they valid or just in your head? Are you the type to self sabotage? Stepping back and analyzing the situation may help you see what could be a valid concern and what is not.

It's okay to be nervous  ,but you have doubts that's not good.. If you're religious pray about it and you and your fiance sit down and talk about it. Both of y'all might be feeling the same way

My fiancé and I have been together for 3 years and we've been engaged for almost a year. We aren't really planning on getting married any time soon. The only doubt I have is if I want my life filled with his family's drama. Ever since we got engaged July of last year there has been nothing but drama surrounding it and the wedding planning from his mom. From telling me that I need to include his niece thats a year old to including his little brother's baby momma(which I don't get along with) and how many tables and chairs I should have for the reception. They aren't paying for the wedding, my fiancé and I are. With all the drama going on with his family we're close to just eloping to avoid the stress and drama from his family.
