I have pcos. Research it and read threads on it! For me it means I have cysts on my ovaries that are sometimes painful.  This js probably what is going on with you...? I also have a very off cycle. Long and painful and sometimes I skip a month. With pcos you dont always ovulate every month. So if you are ttc look into it further so you can manage your fertility and cycle!

I have pcos as well but I'm on metformin proestrogen and I'm starting conceive plus my periods has been coming ... Let's hope it work for u

Thanks Kimberly for your comment and information.... I am totally freaking out with this I guess I have had it since I was 17 with all the symptoms but wasn't diagnosed as of today. ...  I've been TTC since may 2014 and my journey continues 👊
