Horrible cramps in early pregnancy

I've been having super bad cramps since yesterday. Didn't have these w my first. I had mucusy discharge and tiny pink discharge yesterday. Nothing today besides cramps that haven't gone away.
Should I go to the doctor in case I'm having a miscarriage?
Or what can I take to relieve myself of the cramps?
