Please Cherish the Times You Get To Sleep
Does anyone have advice on fixing one's bad sleeping habits? Because it's really taking a toll on me. I'm either sleeping the whole day till seven and staying awake at night or trying my best to stay awake during the day but taking a way too long nap and forcing myself to "sleep"way too many hours just so I can sleep at night. I feel like it's really triggering my anxiety and the whole pain in the head and eyes when I move isn't really helping. My eating habits are jacked and I now think I'm backed up &I I just need some help here please. I'm like half asleep right now.
