Symptom question

4dpiui. I have felt super bloated the last few days, but today I have felt nauseous to the point I was scared to get up or I'd throw up. I know it's too early for this symptom, if I am by chance pregnant, so what could cause this? Anyone else experience anything similar or have any insight? Thanks in advance and baby dust to all of you!
