husband has low sperm motility

My husband recently had a sperm analysis done. He had a good number of really healthy sperm but his motility is pretty low. We were happy his sperm was healthy and the rest of the test was positive but his motility was low... has anyone gotten pregnant naturally when their partners sperm motility is low? Is there anything he can do to help with the motility? Help! Super frustrated.
