aches and pains

How do you deal with the aches and pains of pregnancy?? I'm only 24 weeks and 2 days but I'm already starting to be uncomfortable, emotionally and physically. Every sleeping position hurts pretty much. I get sad and frustrated over the littlest things in the blink of an eye. Ugh. 😔
