Hot tubs?

Hello I am 7 weeks and I am wondering if I can go to hot tubs since my doctor told me that I can do everything I want because being pregnant is not being sick. Thanks

I was told not to have hot baths, which sucks because I like to bathe at a temperature that could cook a lobster

I'd go in the kid friendly hot tub without worrying. For the adult hot tubs I would sit on the side with my legs in, or maybe just dip in briefly. But there's no point in risking overheating.

Baths aren't as big an issue because the heat dissipates as long as you don't keep topping it up with hot water. That said, it's better to not run the water so hot that it's hard to get in.

Basically, just avoid overheating! It's not supposed to be good for baby and shouldn't really be comfortable anyway... :p

I think 101F is the temp it can't get to. Most hot tubs are way above this.

I was told as long as it wasn't over a certain degrees, but I can't remember exactly what that was. I don't really like them anyway so I have never really cared.

Yes I was also told no ... its not good for the baby .. plus the hot water dehydrates you ... I just take warm Showers.
