labor bag???

what did you have in your labor bag???? dont want to over pack

Shower stuff 
Charger (which I didn't use my eyes were stuck on my baby after I had him) 
2 days of comfy clothes. I made a mistake by packing only one pair of comfy sweat. I packed yoga pants and was I uncomfortable since I basically wore a diaper 😩 
The hospital provides pads but I brought my own just in case 
Slippers 
Bring your own pillow because sometimes they will only provide you with only one 
Baby clothes 
Diapers 
Car seat

I'm due at the end of the month and this is what I packed

For me:
Pony tails
Shampoo and conditioner
Hairbrush
Body wash
Tucks wipes (life savers)
Tooth brush
Two nursing nightgowns
A pair of yoga pants 
A comfy t-shirt
Nursing bra 
Comfy breathable underwear
Socks
Nursing pads
Over night pads (the hospitals are super uncomfortable to me)
A gel/ice pack for my underwear

For my SO: 
2 pairs of shorts
2 comfy t-shirts
Socks
Pillow and blanket  (hospitals are super thin)
Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
A plain white T-shirt (for the baby's first foot print)
Charger
His tablet

For the baby:
3 sleepers 
2 newborn outfits
2 0-3 months outfits
A light jacket (depending on whether when we go home) 
3 pairs Socks 
3 pairs of mittens 
A swaddle blanket 
Diapers
Wipes
Vaseline

I also packed a snack bag for my SO and I so we didn't waste a ton of money in the cafe or vending machines

Not everything in my diaper bag is for our hospital stay; but I put the basics in there so I had it in case we stop and see family on the way home or just in case!

I usually Stay a week I pack all the essentials for a bath 🛀🏼 and mainly big comfy clothes since I'm csection and if u plan on nursing nipple cream was my bff

My hospital provided diapers, wipes, swaddles, pre mixed formula if needed. I lived in my nursing bra, tank top and preggy yoga capris. I brought hygiene items, socks, change of clothes for me & hubby. It also depends how long you're there.
