Acne on chest

Hey guys I am 16 and I have the occasional chest acne. My face is completly clear and I never have break outs but I can't seem to get the acne on my chest to go away I've tried using the same routine I use for my face but it never seems to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Anyone going through this also?
