No it's a 50/50 shot now some men carry more female or male sperm but there's nothing you can the will increase the chances of either. Just have to wait and see.

It's is pretty much a 50/50 chance for either gender and unfortunately there is nothing that you can do to sway the odds either way. It doesn't matter whet you eat, when you do it or how you do it. Roughly half of the sperm are boys and half are girls and one of them will just get there first. Best of luck!
