Recurring BV

Anyone with recurring BV? I'm 27 +5 weeks and this is my 5th time having it since I got my bfp in December. I'm currently on antibiotics again but they don't seem to be working because it either keeps coming back or not fully leaving. What medicine are you all using?

Edit: I haven't had sex since I conceived. My hubby is overseas.
