Hey guys! I really need some help with recommendations for contraception. For almost 3 years I was on the Microgynon pill but have recently just come off it. The reason was I was getting bad mood swings and aches and just didn't want to be pumping extra hormones into my body.

However, now I don't know what contraception I can go for that isn't hormonal, and I really don't wanna go down the route of hormonal contraception again. I've considered the coil but due to the pain of inserting it/not having had kids I'm not sure if i'm still up for/able to get it.
