BBT first timer, help?

Question

So I've never taken a bbt reading before, can anyone recommend a good thermometer to get? Do you find it's something that's worth doing and tells you a lot about your cycle??

I ordered one on Amazon for $20.  I just quit my BC pills after 7 years and was on it a good 9 years BEFORE having kids as well.  Temping has allowed me to see if I'm ovulating, a bi-phasing chart, and if myluteal  phase was long enough (it was but my temps didn't stay high as long as they should).  It has helped me get to know my body better and I think after a few months off BC, I'll really be able to see how/if things have changed and the patterns in my cycle.

Definitely worth doing because you'll learn a lot about your body. I like thermometer they have Walgreen's... The name escapes me, but it's probably the best out there.
