Can a person you're in a relationship with still cheat even though he/she treats you really good and shows you how much they love you??

Absolutely they can.   I was with a man for 7 years who showed me love and acted like I was the only girl in the world. Only to find out later he was cheating the entire time.

I'll be the odd man out and say your SO can cheat and still actually love you. 
Human emotions are complicated as hell. My ex was a cheater. I have no doubt that he loved me. He also wasn't and still isn't monogamous. He's just more honest about it now. People cheat for very different reasons and often these aren't emotional ones and likely have nothing to do with the great relationship they are already in. It doesn't make it ok. Human emotions are just not black and white the way people make them sound.

Then again I'm old as hell, so what do I know
