EVER GOTTEN SHORTNESS OF BREATH WHEN YOU PMS?

I kinda feel like I'm out of breath lately. I'm expecting my period very soon and PMSING. Has this happened to anyone?

Has def happened to me. Most likely due to low iron levels. If it's too severe, have a doctor look into it. But plenty rest, water, vitamins will help. I also find when I work out more the month before my period I have little or no harsh symptoms

i get that all the time and it's kinda a weird feeling like you need an oxygen tank or something. Ugh. try to rest as much as you can and drink lots of water.
