Feeling Depressed

I'm really down in the dumps today. I'm thinking it's because I did a light workout yesterday and and my thighs are killing me. I can't walk I can't stand I can't walk up and down stairs. It makes me wonder how I'm going to get rid of my "spare tire." No matter what I do today I end up coming back on here or looking up stuff to lower testosterone levels and different diets and ways to eat healthier. I'm just so depressed right now that I just want to cry.
