ice crystals inside breastmilk bags?! 😩
I have close to 500 oz of breast milk frozen in a deep freezer. I noticed earlier that ice crystals were inside one of the bags so I'm only assuming there are more bags like it..my question is is it still safe to give to my baby?Â
